As the founder and President of Building Blocks Learning Network (BBLN), Stephen has advanced adult-education programs and consulting services for government executives and corporate clients. Over the course of his career, across multiple ventures, he has generated more than $50 million in revenue, consistently delivering innovative solutions that help organizations remain competitive while creating lasting value for clients.
