Dipalli Bhatt is a marketing and product strategy executive with over two decades of experience driving global expansion, ecosystem partnerships, and go-to-market innovation across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Currently leading Marketing for AI and IoT solutions at OpenText Corporation, one of Canada’s largest enterprise software companies,
Dipalli’s expertise lies in international market entry and analysis, cross-border marketing, advocacy, and partnership development. Dipalli’s 20-year career spans corporate leadership (Disney India, TD Canada Trust, OpenText), startup mentorship, and ecosystem development. As a long-standing Board Member and Advisor at YNL Global LLC, and a charter member of TiE Ottawa, she has played an active role in connecting entrepreneurs and investors between Canada, the UAE, and India. She led a $100,000 International Women’s Fund for TiE Women. Through Invest Ottawa’s Women Funders & Founders initiative and SheBoot, she has mentored women entrepreneurs and investors, fostering inclusion and capital access within Canada’s innovation economy. Dipalli is also an active private investor in Canadian and Indian companies.
Through her consulting practice, Dipalli has successfully executed international projects in the UAE and India, including with TATA Group companies, focusing on the global market. Since 2010, she has collaborated independently with GreyMatters Communications, a leading India-based strategic advisory firm specializing in public policy engagement, brand diplomacy, and investment communication, helping Indian enterprises navigate bilateral trade, government relations, and innovation storytelling for international markets. Her contribution to the India Pavilion at World Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan strengthened bilateral collaboration between India and Japan.
Dipalli was the founding team member for MindBridge AI, where she helped scale the company from 2 to 80 customers. She also created a sub-brand, IMPACT AI- Ottawa’s first AI conference, featuring leaders from the Canadian Government, Academia, and Corporations like IBM and Samsung. The sub-brand led to a $27M investment into the company by the Canadian Government.
An advocate for AI-enabled supply-chain sustainability and ethical AI innovation, Dipalli regularly contributes to Forbes Communications Council and international conferences on topics such as Entrepreneurship, Agentic IoT, and AI Governance. Her recent leadership in organizing Connected Realities: An IoT Innovation Summit (2025) brought together industry leaders from Shell, YETI, and Capgemini to showcase Canada’s thought leadership in industrial AI and IoT.
Dipalli’s expertise spans market entry strategy, innovation commercialization, ecosystem partnerships, and digital infrastructure development. Her work focuses on enabling cross-border technology adoption among Canada, India, and the UAE—bridging public institutions, private enterprises, and investors to accelerate collaboration in AI, Industry 4.0, and manufacturing sustainability.
Dipalli holds an Executive MBA from the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa (2016). Her Master’s in Mass Communication and Media from India’s prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University, along with her AWS AI Practitioner certification, reflect her commitment to the convergence of strategy, technology, and impact.
